XGen Studios, Inc (stylized as XGen Studios) is an independent video game development studio based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Since 2001, XGen Studios has released 12 internally-developed titles for consoles, mobiles and the web, including the #1-selling hit〔 Defend Your Castle for Nintendo's WiiWare Service and Day-1 PS4 title Super Motherload.〔〔 ==History== XGen Studios was founded by Skye Boyes in 2001.
